It appears, even without the mystical Isldur1 who pulled out last week, the Party Poker Big Cash Game has the whole community talking. In a new twist to televised poker the players came out to a theme song like darts or wrestling. Luke "FullFlush" Schwartz received a chorus of boo's while the big cheer of the night went to a certain Neil Channing who appeared in a full karate outfit.
Ive gotta say the format of the game brings a new fun aspect to the game with Big Brother style evictions, congrats are in order for Dusty 'Leatherass' Schmidt for becoming the first player ever voted off a poker table. The online superstar was an unknown among some of the players who wrote "seat 2" on their voting cards.
12 hours into the 48 hour marathon and only two of the original lineup remain Kung Fu Channing and the ridiculously loose David Viffer who both vowed to play the 48 hours if not voted off.
In other news Full Tilt Poker Have announced the signing of two new Red Pro's to their roster Jonathan "xMONSTERxDONGx" Karamalikis and Van "Sirens" Marcus have both signed up to FTP's ever growing roster of online superstars.
Finally, Jesus himself (Chris Ferguson) is apparently looking into a business deal with RCR Productions, I suppose poker hasn't done much for him apart from his megabucks sponsorship with FTP.
